There were fleas in our room and other dead bugs. There was a strange smell as well on our floor and in our room. If we weren’t so tired we would have left early.

Not the best, but they are trying

Our stay was nice, just a short weekend. They failed to tell us that the hotel was under renovation until after we booked it. The pool was also green and not usable. The parking is very tight, but at least it's free.

I was very impressed with the updated room. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a double layer balcony which was very nice. The hotel is directly on the main strip in Gatlinburg, so walking the area and parking at the hotel were big "pluses". The only "negative" thing I have to add is that although the Expedia website said they offered free breakfast, the hotel doesn't have breakfast. I would definitely go back!

Our stay at this location was great and worth the price. It is very walkable to the Gatlinburg city stripe. The good thing is they have plenty of parking space for the hotel residents and one can take out/in multiple times a day without paying any parking fee. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I would recommend to anyone about this hotel.

The room was beautifully designed, great walking distance to everything. Only downside is the balcony faced a concrete wall, but there are several rooms that do not. Updated features in the room, walking distance to the main shopping and restaurants in the Gatlinburg strip.

Clean, Efficient and Location A Plus.

This hotel is compact but it couldn't be more centrally located. A few blocks from the main entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park and right on the shopping strip of Gatlinburg. It looks like it is just renovated or going though one. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Not much in the way of views because of the building location but again when I can walk down the street and not have to get in the car after the various drink tastings ;) a definite plus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. No breakfast but coffee in the office. Definitely would stay here again .

The room seemed clean enough, but there was a funky smell that I think was coming from the air conditioner. Also, we had a small balcony that the view was of the wall of the building next door. They didn’t let you know that there was construction going on in the building until after you had booked the room. The plus was it is very convenient to downtown.

When arriving at the property the front desk attendant was asleep and I asked about the pool she said I could go in anytime knowing that the pool had a sign on it that it was closed we could see the pool from the room but my granddaughter could not go swim it made for an awful trip
