Cuddle Shack. . . Ideal cabin for your Gatlinburg honeymoon in Tn or just a romantic Gatlinburg mountain getaway that you will want to return to time and time again.

Our cabins mountain style includes a living area with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and is practically surrounded with floor to ceiling windows that enjoy spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park including long range views and city lights at night. You can also see the tram from Ober Gatlinburg as it passes below our cabins mountain location. Enjoy comfortable and stylish cabin decor, a wood burning fireplace (in season), pool table and a hot tub on the deck. As our guest, you also have access to the club house with swimming pools and tennis courts (in season). The pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.


The South Baden Club House is the nearest one to Cuddle Shack (about 1 mile). You will pass it as you drive in on South Baden Dr.

The oversized master suite is perfect for your Gatlinburg honeymoon or romantic Gatlinburg mountain getaway boasting over 600 sq. ft of luxurious comfort, style and amenities. Enjoy a relaxing, romantic bath in the private heart shaped whirlpool with views of the Smokies and a private balcony and then. . . . fall asleep watching the twinkling of the night lights, stars and the moon.

Our cabins beautiful mountain setting is so private and yet minutes to Gatlinburg downtown shopping and many fine restaurants. The property boarders the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, you can even walk down to Cove Mountain Trail and enjoy a hike. We parked at the trail head of Laurel Falls once and hiked in to our Cabin, or you can head on down the trail and it comes out at the Sugarlands Visitor Center.

Black Bear, White Tail Deer, Wild Turkey and Raccoon frequently visit our cabin.

Cuddle Shack is located in Chalet Village, just minutes to Gatlinburg downtown dining or shopping, the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge or the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. . About 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. About 1 hour to McGee Tyson Airport in Knoxville.

WEATHER / There are no refunds for inclement weather. This home is located in the mountains on a paved easement road. The driveway declines down to the cabin. It is recommended that you come prepared for snow during the winter months with 4 wheel drive and/or snow chains. Typically November - April.

Awesome cabin with great location
We checked in late Thursday and stayed until Sunday. We had some trouble using the code to enter, but I called the number attached to the listing, and the host was able to give me alternate code to get in. Everything was clean and as described. We were in and out a lot so not a lot of down time at the cabin, but we’d definitely stay here again.

The property is very secluded and private. Just wish the check in time was a little earlier as we had to leave for the grocery store and return after dark. These roads getting there are pretty tricky if you do not know them. Overall our stay was quite nice and very enjoyable. The pool table was very nice and made for some fun entertainment. King bed was very comfortable. Views were amazing. Had a ball.

We so enjoyed staying at the cuddle shack! The views were outstanding, we had privacy, and the amenities were wonderful! Only issue we had was trying to find the house initially- GPS stopped at the mountain where the house wasn’t in view so it would’ve been great to have more direction for how to access the driveway rather than guessing!

Well needed vacation
It was super cute, simple and nice. Bit of an hill to get to this location and a one way driveway(hard to turn around). Wouldn’t recommend any sports/muscle cars lol. But, great view like listed which we loved and great place!! Would recommend people to stay!

The cabin was very nice and well stocked. Kitchen was great, bed was comfy. Driveway is a bit tricky- but totally worth it for that view! Inside you can eat and look out, or chill on either deck and have amazing views. Great rental.
