Rooms are small, but not as small as expected. The bathroom design is odd as whenever you have a shower it’s impossible not to get water all over the loo. Checkin and checkout was very quick and easy. Amazing convenience. Within 30 minutes of leaving the hotel, we baggage dropped of and were through security.

The room was bigger than I expected. The double is good for one person, maybe a little tight for two. Bathroom is basically a wet room but I was very satisfied with it for convenience and price.

Super convenient for Gatwick airport
Really convenient way of avoiding a really early start if flying from Gatwick. Hotel is within airport terminal. Rooms are very small but high spec - all you need for a 12 hour stopover. No food - there doesnt need to be because there are loads of eateries just yards from hotel door. Some offer discounts for Bloc customers - enquire at reception.

This hotel is very conveniently located for a stop over at Gatwick South Terminal. It's inside the terminal building so you can use the various food and beverage options there, where discounts as a Bloc guest. The room was very small but there is everything needed for a quick stopover. The bathroom is basically a large shower cubicle with a toilet and wash basin, but it all seems to work well. We were pleased with our overnight stay here and would use it again for a one night stay if we have an early flight or late arrival.

Noisy , do not stay for a good nights sleep
Got in just at 1am and by 5am we were woke up by people in rooms next door, rooms are not soundproof as advertised. Then at 7.30am hoovers were going off in the corridor. Will not stay again if on a late flight, we wanted to sleep after our flight that’s why we booked the room but we were not able to.

I stayed alone, and it was super-clean, attractive, tidy, and very modern. I can't imagine fitting in another person, however. Super convenient right in the South terminal. A wise choice!

I booked for double room for king size bed. When I checked in they gave me a double room however the double bed near to the wall. So basically whoever slept inside need crawl out and disturb my friend. Anyway went to complaining to reception told me they have no twin bed. Long story short they offered me bud bed facilities were crap. I didn’t I had booked for king size bed till when I checked out. Basically I paid for double room (king size bed) were given small matches room with bud bed! Conning customer !! Bad customer experience 😡
