okay but cleaners need a kick up the preverbal
when we entered the building there was no parking permit and the owner did not get back to us for over 30 plus hours and we risk being towed away. Fortunately we were away for the majority of each day so didn't get towed and we managed to hide behind some buildings overnight. Then we found dirty sheets, no toilet paper (had to buy our own) the few bins that were there had rubbish and one that had a dirty used adult nappy/pull up pant in it. There was no acknowledgement from owner about parking permit and what we could do in case we had our car towed or fined and just a comment about he had spoken with cleaners; but we still had dirty sheets, rubbish bins left with rubbish and no toilet paper except what we bought. there was no offer of any recompense or direct apology so the property itself was okay but the rest left a lot to be desired. the short opinion no we would not reccommend or stay again.

Fantastic spot
Had a family event to celebrate in Geelong and wanted to be close to the cbd & waterfront. Couldn't have picked a better spot...great facility with ample rooms and lovely appointments. Parking was easy and no traffic noise Thursday through to Sunday. Walked to all the venues we wanted to and had both privacy and security. Communication with the property owner was first class and relaxed. Great Stay!!! Thankyou.
