Dirty balcony space with large cobwebs and filthy glass. No towels in the room but at least they brought them promptly when we called. Waited half an hour and 2 calls for a bucket of ice before we gave up and went out. Not worth the price.

Overall happy with our stay, we were upgraded which was a nice touch to New Year’s Eve. However, upon entering the room it had not been cleaned properly. There was hair from the previous guests scattered across the room floor, we also had to rewash the plates and cutlery. There was no drying rack to place the wet dishes and Chrome cast did not work in the lounge room. Other than this, we were happy with our stay. Staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful newly built hotel. As soon as you step into the lobby it smells great and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel is plush and tastefully decorated. We had a standard room which had a huge shower and a comfy bed. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool which is small but adequate. The buffet breakfast was of a good standard. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The pool was a nice temperature and very relaxing for a swim. Staff were absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly and really willing to go above and beyond to improve my stay. The only thing I would fault is having too few UHT packets in the fridge and not having a proper chair in the room. I would definitely stay here and again and recommend it highly as a relaxing, modern place to stay.

Food and beverage options are way over priced. Breakfast buffet towards the end of sitting isn't overly topped up and some items were old and needed refreshing. The bircher museli used to be my fave but now it's served in a larger bowl vs individual set pots is gluggy and slimy. Not great. Buffet is not value for money. Do better
