This was an emergency stay and it was up to my expectations. Pet friendly was my main criteria :) Room was nice and clean! Staff is friendly. Will stay here again if needed. Room prices at the reception are cheaper than Expedia, though.

Bed was extremely comfortable! The room was very clean. There is only a shower, I was looking forward to a bath.... I wish they had airport shuttle all day long. I got in at 3 pm and had to wait. Take notice, it is restricted.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped us set up our free tourist cards which give you free access to public transit - a great way to see the sights and enjoy the beautiful Geneva waterfront. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and in a bright airy room.

Convenient hotel right next to the Geneva airport and train station. Clean and efficient. Basic room modern style. No fridge or microwave. Bus stop a 5 minute walk away. You can walk to the airport from a path that runs in front of the hotel (10 minutes). I didn’t try their breakfast, so no comment.

5 minute walk to Geneva airport and the hotel also has a shuttle. Nice modern room with air conditioning. Large shower. Staff were very pleasant and always helpful.

The property looked old and dingy. The room smelled like cigarettes. I stayed at this property because the others I've stayed in were nice. But this one lacked that. The staff h however was nice and accommodating.

The one thing that I didn't like was that their hotel airport shuttle only ran during part of the morning (5 a.m.-11 a.m.), and then began again in the evening at 5 p.m.! My train got in at 1 or 2 p.m., and I ended up catching a ride with the hotel next to the Ibis, and paying them 5 Francs for that. I don't know if I could have called the Ibis to request a shuttle or not?
