This newly remodeled home sits above Seneca Lake and offers the most amazing views! The new patio allows for all of your friends and family to enjoy the outdoor amenities! BBQ with a view, roast marshmallows over the fire pit or gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky! Take the stairs down to the dock to jump in the lake, put your feet in the water or enjoy 2 kayaks with life jackets!
Through the front entry way you will find 2 queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub, bidet, and bluetooth speakers, as well as a washer and dryer. Down the hall is a a fully updated open concept living, dining and kitchen with breathtaking views!. The living room has enough seating for everyone and a smart TV for all your favorite movies and shows. The dining room not only has enough comfy seating for everyone, but is another perfect place to enjoy the view. The kitchen is modern with state of the art appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking with family and friends.
Upstairs you will find three spacious queen bedrooms (2 with lake views) and another full bath with bluetooth speakers!

What a view! Wonderful getaway.
Incredible view of Lake Seneca. Great location, close to the restaurants and stores in Geneva. Not far from historic Seneca Falls, and surrounded by wineries and breweries. We had a great time. The place is enormous, plenty of room for our 6 adults. Nice patio and dock. The kayaks were fun (when the weather was cooperating). The property manager and owner are very responsive and very helpful. It was a wonderful time. A great place to stay.
We went to 3 Brothers Winery, just down the road, and (hopefully) bought a year's supply of wine, along with many other things. Ventosa is almost right next door, and that was fun and scenic. It's just such a beautiful area.
