Easily the cleanest casino I have stayed in or been to, EVER. Literally every surface sparkled. Loved that it was non smoking, too. Our shower in room was a little wonky but still had great water pressure. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

The room was very dirty. The floor had trash and used, dirty towels were still hanging from the shower curtain. When I asked for a clean room the staff acted like I was lying, offered me two new towels, and said there was nothing else they could/would do for me.

Dog Outdoor Space Could use improvement.

The room is fine for the price. We had our little dog with us for the first time and although they ARE dog friendly at the hotel, finding a space for the dog to go potty (especially #2) was not easy and certainly do not plan to toss the ball as the dog space is on a busy road with just rocks and weeds.

Poor customer service

When checking in there was nobody at the desk and had an auto check in that was having trouble getting reservations to pull up. Had to walk around to find someone to help. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The casino had no live tables running and this is Saturday at 3pm. Had to go to other casino to play live tables. Long night in the cousins went to sleep at 3am and the cleaning service was knocking on my door at 7:45 asking when I was going to check out for them to clean my room when check out is not till 11am.

The stay was nice but I’ve been gambling for 40 years and have never felt like I was being cheated until gambling at the Horseshoe Casino. I really felt the tables were rigged. It was almost comical

Upon checking in were hit with extra frivolous charges in addition to deposit. Heat didn't work no matter the settings and heard the same from another patron. TV..few channels and an ad for pay per view every third line on guide. Shopping channels well represented on guide, mostly fluff channels, nothing any good.
