At check in we were shown to our "deluxe" room. It was dirty, moldy, with cockroaches scurrying underneath the door. The staff was kind enough to relocate us in the new part of the hotel. our room was clean nad had an amazing view of the city. We would stay at the new pegasus again. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful

There is a wall surrounding the hotel with a double layer of barb wire on top Of it. It is especially strange that this barb wire walls off the beach from the hotel property. At night it becomes crystal clear why it’s there. It’s to keep the locals out.

Pegasus hotel. Georgetow
I greatly enjoyed my stay. This was my second visit to this hotel. The staff were amazing. I was upgraded to a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. I will definitely visit again on my next trip in to Guyana 2025.

Enjoyed my stay here. The only suggestion I would make is for the executive suites Lobby to have its own check out/ check in facilities. Loved the service provided by all the staff members I interacted with. Keep up the good job!!

Good for business
Personnel very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice and very comfortable. There were two things I didn´t like though: When coming down the stairs to the first floor it smelled quite badly, sort of like a sewer. The smell was just on that spot, everywhere else was normal. The pool was under a chemical treatment during my whole stay.
