Spring Break Ski Trip

The house was perfect for three families to spend Spring Break together and ski at Loveland.

Perfect ski trip

We had 3 families with a total of 14 people. 3 Primary bedrooms was a huge perk! There was plenty of room for us all. Our favorite parts of this house was the view, location to Loveland ski area and the small local towns to walk around in. The lake was frozen and we all enjoyed watching the ice fishing. A huge bonus is the restaurant in walking distance. The food and staff there were great. The ping pong table was so much fun, we had a tournament every night. We would love to return to this great home. The owners are kind ands provide a beautiful, comfortable home.

Perfect Mountain Getaway for a Bug Group

We were a group of 11 women celebrating our 25th (!!!) college reunion together. The house was perfect - it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable yet was cozy enough for us all to be together. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were gorgeous. Mountains on both sides and the lake right in front. It snowed pretty heavily the day of our arrival. The owner was gracious enough to let us in early so we wouldn’t all be driving in the snow after dark. She was incredibly accommodating and accessible. (Thanks Marcia!!) Honestly the snow added to the charm. We mostly spent our time relaxing in the house together but made an afternoon trip into historic Georgetown which was adorable. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a cozy getaway.

Lovely Home Not Far From Denver

This beautiful home is so well-equipped. The rooms are all extremely comfortable and the house is well-stocked. We enjoyed the kayaks, the picnic table, and the firepit. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and made checking in and out quite easy. It was the perfect place for our small family reunion. We'd happily stay here again.

Magnificent Home with Helpful and Friendly Host

This Georgetown home was perfect for all our needs. It was huge, plenty of rooms to choose from for our 11 guests. The listing is exactly what is listed, no unwanted surprises. The Host was excellent at answering all our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone! We will definitely choose this home again when we come back with our family.

Beauty on the lake!

Beautiful home right on the lake!! Loved fishing right in the backyard and taking the kayaks out! Very clean and comfortable! (Also, each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our group.)

Great house, cool town

We had a great stay at this wonderful home. We had more than a dozen folks, lots of beds and room for everyone. We did get pushed back for a later check in, which created a little logistical juggling for 5 folks coming in from airports and needing the home at 4 instead of 6. But it was a great stay once we settled in.

Fantastic house in gorgeous Georgetown with spectacular views

We stayed for three nights in early summer with additional families as part of a small reunion. Our group had mostly teen kids. The owner communicated well with us about check in etc. most importantly, it’s a well kept and clean home overlooking the lake. The kitchen is really well stocked and all the amenities were well provided. There are kayaks and a really nice game room which we really enjoyed using as well. The house is also close to a small grocery store that has all the essentials. Several small restaurants are around as well. One bedroom is on the main level which is a plus. A wonderful that I would come back too.

Large Georgetown house!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to many great ski mountains. Walking distance to town and minutes to the local brewery! Georgetown has some great local shops with art and antiques. The restaurants were very good also! We look forward to staying there next year.

Mountain lake house

Large house , lots of master suites on three levels. Plenty of space for a large family to congregate and play, yet enjoy very nice private space also. Beautiful views from every window!

Spacious home for large family

Overall the stay was good. The home was able to accommodate our family of 12. It is located in an area that was within close proximity of the activities we were interested in during our stay. White water rafting, Denver and great restaurants just a close drive away. The lake was nice, kayaks at the home allowed us to spend time there as well. The grill is charcoal so we had re-learn how to cook that way! The home is located very near the interstate so that created a lot of road noise at all times so didn’t feel quite as serene as would have been nice considering our surroundings. The owner of the property was available for questions as they arose. We enjoyed our trip and made new family memories!

Wonderful Home, even better location!!!

This home is more than we had pictured. All of the rooms are extremely large but still cozy. It gives off the mountain vibes with mtn modern decor. There was so much room for indoor and outdoor comforts, whatever each person wanted to do. With three full size refrigerators your large family gathering will have no problem doing their shopping in town and storing it for a week. Being right on the it allowed for easy access to paddle board and kayak, with a nice lawn. The lawn is a perk as it is not common in the mountains! Would we recommend this property-heck yeah! Marcia and Donald were great to work with, very responsive and more than answered all of our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mtn home with us!!

Excellent house for a family of all ages. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Excellent appliances. Kids used kayaks and caught trout right off the back yard. We would stay there again if we returned to Georgetown.

Our group was at home in this spacious lakeside home. The views of the lake and mountains were amazing. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Plenty of room for us to set and relax, and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week.

New Year Family Ski

Upon arrival, the house was clean, warm and welcoming! Perfectly suited for our large family! Marcia was so kind to text me and assure me I could call or text any questions or concerns. It was a super cold week with great skiing for everyone. The lake below the house was frozen - beautiful!
