I chose this property due to its review rating of 8.6 but I felt that was not accurate. It was more of a 6.5-7. Very dark hotel, a little below average cleanliness, and in my opinion, small things like a change in color (vomit green) in the lobby, can go a long way.

Place was clean. Simple. Bathtub is very slippery. Fortunately it had ample grab rails. Both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, which of course I did not discover until I was already in the shower.

We had no hot water for three nights and four days! No offer to change rooms! No compensation for the inconvenience! We wanted to shower after traveling 10 hours and could not for three days! Not acceptable!

The front desk staff was very nice and the room was nice and clean. We had no issues with any noise on our floor. We were on the 4th. Water pressure was great. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Eggs, hash browns, bacon, waffle station, toast, pastries, along with a lm assortment of juices and coffee. The breakfast staff kept the food coming. It was great. We would stay again!

Great for an overnight
It was perfect for an overnight stay which is what we needed. The only things that were cons were: the hotel has a weird smell and only 2 bath towels in the room otherwise a nice stay

I liked that they had all the things it should have like a coffee maker in the room, enough towels, etc. - no surprises. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

All was great except the hot breakfast was on the cheap. Eggs tasted like fake box eggs, omelets tasted like rubber, ham did not look appetizing so i took none. However, the sausage links were delicious although they seemed to be warmed up leftovers.

Best staff ever! They work with you to make any corrections that will make your stay better. Hotel breakfast is very good and rooms are lean with comfortable beds and great pillows. Dog walk area is excellent and is well stocked
