Located directly opposite Seven Mile Beach, Southcape is a beautiful coastal home that embodies beachside relaxation. Decorated in calming and neutral tones, Southcape is a perfect home for a beachside getaway where guests will relax as soon as they arrive. This home is ideal for guests who love the beach, as the access to Seven Mile Beach and Crooked River is within a minutes walk. Wander to and from the beach all day long, or enjoy overlooking the sea from the relaxing covered deck. A modern home that will give you an unforgetable and relaxing beachside holiday.

Where will I be?

Southcape is directly opposite Crooked River and within a minutes walk of the pedestrian bridge that accesses Seven Mile Beach. Seven Mile Beach is ideal for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding, while Crooked River is a popular area for families to fish, canoe and kayak. The Blue Swimmer Restaurant, a relaxing dining exprience overlooking the Gerroa foreshore, and local playground is a 5 minute stroll. The local village of Gerringong with shopping and cafes is a five-minute drive away. The closest patrolled beach is Werri Beach, Gerringong and the surrounding region, includingn Berry, has shopping, cafes, restaurants, a bar, wineries and a brewery.

With it's location so close to the water, guests can wander back and forth from the beach all day, or take advantage of the living area and covered entertaining area upstairs that looks out to the sea. Perfect for families, couples and small groups of friends who would like an effortless and relaxing place to unwind by the beach.

How is the property laid out?

Enter on the downstairs level, the hallways leads directly to a living area with TV. An entertaining area with outdoor dining, BBQ and enclosed grassed backyard is accessed through the sliding doors from this living room. This lower level has one queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area overlook Crooked River and Seven Mile Beach. The living area opens to a covered entertaining area with unterrupted views to the sea. The relaxing lounge room has a gas fireplace for cooler weather. The fully equipped designer kitchen with butler's pantry is well equipped for longer stays, with a dining table and breakfast bar for casual eating. The master king bedroom with ensuite is located on this level, as well as an additional toilet.

What about outdoors?

The rear yard is private, enclosed area which includes a small manicured lawn with outdoor dining set and BBQ. On the upper level is an outdoor deck with ocean views. There is ample seating for all guests to congregate on the deck and share a unique outdoor dining experience, or conduct a dusk or dawn surf check. If you are lucky enough to find yourself alone on the deck why not sit back and enjoy a cup of tea whilst reading a good book.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

The upstairs open plan living area has a gas fireplace for cooler weather. For year round comfort Southcape has zoned air conditioning throughout the property. All bedrooms include ceiling fans.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets, pillows, blankets or duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property! Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats, etc?

There is one space in the garage and one off street open air parking space on the driveway. Street parking is also available.
