This is a 3 unit “hotel” with absolutely no staff on site. The door code for the room they gave me did not work and without roaming on my phone there is no one to ask for the correct code. Since we couldn’t get inside and didn’t want to hope they saw an email in a timely manner we simply left and found somewhere else. I asked Expedia to reach out for a refund since services were not rendered they refused without “video evidence”. If anyone ever checked on the place they’d know that code didn’t work or the equipment was broken. We’re taking it up with the credit card company to refute the charge. I’m not paying for 4 nights somewhere I never even got into the room! On top of that, the lobby smelled like sewage, there were piles of trash bags outside the front door on an otherwise nice street, in the corner between the room door and the elevator there was disgusting sludge, and on top of all that google doesn’t recognize the name to map it. If only the bogus positive reviews had been deleted before I booked! Expedia should delist this hotel, the management is totally not up to par.
