Super nice caretaker/manager! Very comfy, safe, and convenient stay . You'd got loads of food/cafe opions nearby, and the town is very much accessible without a car. One thing that prevented me from giving the five stars was the cleanliness of the room- it was middling compared to other services that made this hotel stand out.

Extremely clean , check in was very easy and extremely professional . We will definitely stay here again . Elevator was slow but very convenient . Parking was a breeze . I don’t normally tip the cleaning staff but this time I did because they are doing such a fantastic job .

Great location and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. We had a really comfortable stay and the property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole time. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. There are a bunch of stream subscriptions. The hotel manager is very helpful and kind. He made our room prepared 3 hours before check-in. There is only one problem with the hotel is to if someone next to your room cooks something, the smell comes into your room. In spite of this I could choose the hotel again for my next visit.

What was unique was having a code to get into our room instead of a Key card. Also, we were arriving after 10pm, there was no staff of any kind to meet us when we arrived.

Check in and check out were a little vague, which we didn't know until we arrived...it was self check in/check out. We asked if possible to check in earlier. Person told us they will try and they did. I received a text message letting us know we could go into our unit earlier but the door access code didn't take effect until the usual check in time. AC was a little noisy. Property had nice kitchenette. The fridge was bare, I'd like to make a suggestion that a couple of bottled waters would have been nice. I know, not a hotel but a little leaflet to give some recommendations for places to eat or coffee shops would have been nice touch.

This property is such an amazing value. It’s more of a small apartment that is very well appointed. The pictures don’t do it justice - truly a great stay in a perfect location.

The room was hot at night due to the very hot weather. Unfortunately, there was no fly screen on the balcony door which prevented us from letting in the cool night air.

When I arrived my room hadn't been cleaned. I was offered the only room left. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very helpful. I noticed the mattress had been taped together with duct tape on one side so I was a bit worried about how old it was.
