Terrible place. Guy at desk seemed drunk when we got there. Room was dirty and AC was spitting ice - scary stuff. No info on wifi, phone was missing. Walked all the way back to complain. New room wasn't better. Next day, room service took 2.5 hours and gave us pepperoni pizza when we said no beef for health and religion reasons. Told the manager and he didn't care. Worst vacation ever. Don't bother staying here.

Great team and superb rooms.
After an initial bumpy start, we were very well looked after and felt they really cared. The room was top notch, really first class. The grounds were well cared for. Staff so lovely and friendly. I hope the issues on the road out front get sorted soon as it does not give a great first impression. Guests also need to be aware, this side is no longer the quiet side. There are full on party bars very near by but this does not disturb you in the room.

Superb hotel
Very nice hotel with a great vibe. Beautifully made. Amazing location, you literally walk onto the beach from the restaurant & lawn. Nice pool. good food. Superb rooms (we had the 1 br villa). Thoroughly enjoyed and if in Gili T again, we would repeat this hotel.

This property was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to anybody visiting the Gili Islands! It’s brand new, super clean and modern, and the staff was so incredibly nice and friendly! Especially our concierge, Frendi, who was very responsive and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. We biked around the island and could not see another hotel that was anywhere near as nice as this one. Thank you Cocana for a memorable and wonderful stay!

상대적으로 한가한 길리의 서쪽에 위치해 조용하고 좋았지만, 레스토랑의 메뉴가 너무 한정적이고 같은 메뉴인데도 주문 할 때 마다 레시피가 다른 듯 보였습니다. 외출 하며 리셉션에 맡긴 방열쇠를 두번이나 잃어버리고.. 1년도 안되었다고 하기엔 가격대비 룸 컨디션이 조금 아쉽고 안방 빼고는 외부와 연결되있기 때문에 화장실 이용후 안방문을 닫지 않으면 쥐가 들어 올 수도 있으니 조심하세요ㅠㅠ 그래도 분위기 자체는 좋았고 여성 스탭들이 아주 친절합니다.

직원들이 다들 유쾌하고 친절해서 기분 좋게 지냈어요! 지내는 동안 저녁 바베큐 두 번 갔는데 매우 맛있다! 는 아니지만 편히 먹고 즐기기엔 딱 좋다! 였습니다 일단 금액이 저렴하니까요 :) 아쉬웠던 건, 수영장 관리가 너무 안되서 물에 기름이 너무 많이 떠 있…. 요거 빼면 매우 만족스러웠습니다!

Liebes Cocana Team, lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir wohnten in einer fantastischen Villa. Die Villa ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Größe der Räume war super! Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Themenabende. In der europäischen und asiatischen Nacht wurde der Garten mit Lichterketten, tollem Essen und Live Musik zu einer tollen Location. Bemerkenswert ist auch die Freundlichkeit des ganzen Cocana Teams. Auf der ganzen Anlage begegnete man uns mit Offenheit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Für uns ist das Cocana Hotel der perfekte Ort, um die Tage auf Gili Trawagan zu genießen.

We had an amazing stay at the Cocana Resort. The property is beautiful and everybody was so kind. We stayed in the one bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and as beautiful as in the pictures. We can definetely recommend this resort!
