Experience one of Italy’s most unexplored and unspoilt regions: Abruzzo. Come and stay in comfort at our beautiful renovated 19th century farmhouse with a private Spa, all surrounded by nature.
‘Za Teresa’ is a carefully restored stone farmhouse, set in an unspoilt natural landscape in the green heart of Abruzzo, few kilometres away from the sea, the skiing slopes and the famous Maiella mountains. The restoration, whilst respecting the original character of the building, has transformed this ancient family-owned farmhouse into a renovated building with an excellent finishing. The seal, located in the middle of a 3-hectare farm, adjoins the Church of the Brotherhood of Napoleonic origins (in Italian: Chiesa della Confraternita). Particularly fascinating is the secular oak tree, which creates a wide shaded area next to the house. Today the house is presented with a new identity. It is the ideal place for those who want to experience the wonders of nature and the beautiful countryside of the Abruzzo region, enjoying a private spa and a hot tube, free access to a shared tennis court in a sunny panoramic scenery. The property is embraced by the surrounding mountain chains, with their woods and their silver peaks.
Ideal for a couples who also want to have intimacy with a private spa & tennis court in the house.
