There are a great variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, in the Merchant City, all within five minutes walk of the front door. We are a 15 minute walk from Central Station. Nearby attractions include The People’s Palace and Glasgow Police Museum, as well as green spaces like Barrowland Park, and Glasgow Green, which is across the road.
Attractions like the Glasgow Cathedral, City Chambers, Tall Ship, Hunterian Museum & Art Gallery, and Glasgow Science Centre are also very easily accessible via train or bus.

Getting Around:
There is a taxi rank a few minutes walk, but should be no problem flagging down a black cab in the popular Merchant City.

High St and Argyll St train stations are a few minutes walk away. Numerous bus stops within 1-2 minutes. Nearest subway station is at St Enoch, approx 7 minute walk away. Central Station (the trains from London) is a short 15 minutes walk away.

CIty bikes are also available close by as well

You can get to and from Glasgow airport using the express bus. The closest stop to the apartment is at George Square. Adult single is £6.50 and return journey is £9. Glasgow Prestwick is accessed via train from Central Staion (10 minute walk)

Uber operate in the city so if you download the app you can have access to hassle free cabs throughout the city.

We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay
