Service and accomodation was excellent room was clean and spacious staff were very friendly and allways keen to aasit and help. Will definitely be useing the holiday in express again would recommend to anyone to stay there if visiting Glasgow

We had a family room, but when the sofa bed was set up, it almost totally block the hallway. You need to jump over the bed to get to the bathroom.

A lovely stay in a central location.
Had a great stay at this hotel. We were greeted by a lovely lassie called Laura. She was efficient, friendly and had a lovely smile. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. The only let down was the breakfast. I know every establishment is needing to cut costs where they can but the food was poor quality. Hot and plentiful but didnt taste good. It wouldn't stop me returning though as a brilliant central location. There is a multi-storey car park across the road and you get reduced parking costs by getting your ticket stamped at the hotel receiption.
