The main water for the building was broken, we told until we had checked in, because we were told it was being fixed and would work soon we stayed. It didn’t work before we were ready for bed, I called the desk to see if we could get a refund and go to another hotel, the guy said it was on the mend and work be working by morning. In the morning it wasn’t working, I called again and was told it would be working by 0900, at 1000 we left 2 hours behind schedule with no showers. I went to check out and was not offered a refund, discount, voucher…. Nothing. The lady at the front desk seemed offended when I suggested it.
The hotel was clean and seemed nice except for the water issues and lack of transparency, you shouldn’t even have to ask for a refund for a hotel room that you can’t flush the toilet or get a shower in the morning.
