Great hotel
I had to ask the receptionist how busy the hotel was as it was really quiet in my room. There was no noise from outside or inside the best sleep I have had in a hotel for years

Best Value for money hotel out there
Friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms. Modern. Good water pressure for the shower. If I had to say anything negative about it I would say that the mattresses are ready for changing and better pillows but other than that, for the cost there is no better hotel out there 10/10 Value for money

Nice hotel clean comfortable. In a shopping center have to go the 12th floor to reception but easy. Had a room next to the lift but only noticed once TV turned off and it is noisy and runs all night. I recommend that if you get a room near the lifts ask to be moved. Otherwise the hotel is great staff friendly and would stay again

Good hotel, with parking on 3rd floor of shopping car park, starbucks cafe on reception floor is an added bonus, only two negatives - not being able to lower the heating temperature to below 17 degrees and part of the shower in my room was broken, room service didn't fix but left broken part to the side.

Hotel not far to Glasgow and Edinburgh
Used as a place to stay so could go to both Glasgow and Edinburgh On first day visit to Edinburgh was good but when we came back, there was no water in the whole of the hotel block so no shower and still no water next morning. Only fixed after 12pm, by which time we gone to Glasgow. However on leave the following day, was informed by manager tgst I would be refunded for one night stay due to this issue. Hotel is great to stay as in side a shopping mall and lidl close by plus walking distance to few takeaways if you not like the restaurants in the mall

The main water for the building was broken, we told until we had checked in, because we were told it was being fixed and would work soon we stayed. It didn’t work before we were ready for bed, I called the desk to see if we could get a refund and go to another hotel, the guy said it was on the mend and work be working by morning. In the morning it wasn’t working, I called again and was told it would be working by 0900, at 1000 we left 2 hours behind schedule with no showers. I went to check out and was not offered a refund, discount, voucher…. Nothing. The lady at the front desk seemed offended when I suggested it. The hotel was clean and seemed nice except for the water issues and lack of transparency, you shouldn’t even have to ask for a refund for a hotel room that you can’t flush the toilet or get a shower in the morning.
