"Relaxing two night break including breakfast and room service. Quality of food was excellent. Service was also excellent. The room was a very good size with a bath and separate toilet. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a great walk through the gardens, golf course and onwards to the South West ..."

"Stayed many years ago and high standards have remained. Beautiful gardens. Only downside was the dinner menu which did not change over the three nights we stayed. When we commented on this, we were told that out of high season, guests didn’t stay for more than one or two nights."

"Comfortable stay, good location. We loved lighting the fire at night but think this woke up a wasps nest! Wonderful walks and gardens nearby. A few electrical, plumbing issues which were rectified quickly. Would recommend."
