Our stay was great. It was quiet and clean. Staff very helpful. Toilet seat was very loose they took care of it when they said they would. Even offered to put is in a new room till someone could get to it.

Easy to find, with ample parking. Places to eat nearby. Clean room. A little older style, but comfortable. Only thing I missed was usb ports to charge my phone but luckily I had a wall charger and cord with me.

We had to wait over two hours after our check in time to get to our rooms. The pool is FREEZING, and when we asked the front desk- their reply is “that’s how corporate wants it”

It was not their fault that due to a software issue they couldn’t make keys but it was very inconvenient. It did not get fixed the while three days we were there. The property only staffed one front desk person who had to keep leaving to let people in their rooms. The property is also very neglected and needs updated and deep cleaned

We checked-in here while there was a big Microsoft outage. This was one of the affected establishments. While that was out of their control, the way it was managed was not great. At check-in they wanted to take a photo of our credit card which I was not comfortable with. Room keys could not be given out, so front desk staff had to let you into your room every time you needed in. While frustrating, this would have been fine. However I was highly concerned about safety because on multiple occasions, the front desk staff did not ask for our ids or anything to let us into the room, and sent random customers with the MASTER KEYS to go unlock their rooms. The safety concerns of having random people being able to open any door in the building was extremely concerning, as my family and small children stayed with me. I was extremely uncomfortable staying here this past weekend.

No fault of their own but the Microsoft Cloudstrike issue made coming and going from our room a major inconvenience. Had to prop open the door or have someone stay inside or have the hotel management open our door for us.
