The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

Ótimo custo benefício! Quarto limpo, seguro, estacionamento no subsolo, sem taxa. Não estão servindo café da manhã nesse período de restrições devido a pandemia.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!

Quarto sujo e cobrança a mais pelo estacionamento
Fiz a reserva e o pagamento e no momento do chek-in fui cobrado a mais por estar de carro. O anúncio do quarto tinha vaga de garagem como detalhe da acomodação e quando cheguei lá tive que pagar 20 reais por dia pra estacionar. O chão do quarto era sujo e encontrei várias baratas durante todos os dias, inclusive em cima da cama. Além disso, do ralo do banheiro saía um fedor de esgoto. Os móveis estão bem velhos, mas pelo menos o ar condicionado funcionou todos os dias. Se você puder pagar um pouco a mais, recomendo procurar outro lugar. O local não é feio, a localização é boa e o recepcionista foi simpático. Porém falta interesse em fazer a devida manutencao do local.

Atendimento excelente na recepção. Porém o café da manhã muito fraco, quartos com cheiro estranhos, e cama desconfortável (o colchão muito mole e formando buracos quando deita). Ar condicionado antigo (de caixa) não esfria muito bem. Banheiro não tinha secador de cabelo. Boa localização.
