Easy check-in and friendly staff. I would recommend buying your own water and other drinks instead of using the hotel provided drinks that you find in the fridge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would repeat it for sure

Hotel tem um bom custo benefício, bem localizado (shopping em frente, apenas atravessar a rua), perto do aeroporto. Porém, equipe da recepção precisa melhorar o atendimento, funcionários totalmente despreparados. Cheguei de madrugada e avisei com dias de antecedência que meu checkin seria de madrugada, mesmo assim, não constava nada na minha reserva. Tive que solicitar uma segunda chave do quarto e não havia ninguém na recepção... Enfim... Faltou organização. Sobre o quarto: limpo e conservado, mas já pede modernização. A tv era smart mas a internet do hotel é péssima, sequer conectava no celular, imagina na tv. Café da manhã ok e serviço de quarto excepcional (prato bem servido e extremamente saboroso).

Ótima estadia, porém não gosto de carpete e quando sai do elevador veio um cheiro forte de mofo, o carpete no corredor não me agradou. E outra coisa foi me colocar no quarto onde aceita cachorro o que não me agradou. Café da manhã muito bom.
