Don’t stay here. Wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds made only and yet they still weren’t done properly. I had to touch last person’s towels to tidy up bathroom. TV doesn’t work. “Follow instructions.” No instructions. Toilet not working, but then no staff to assist. Everything smells of sewerage. Needs serious maintenance and staff training.

This had to be the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in anywhere around the world. None of the power points in the room worked, there was not one piece of cutlery or a cup/mug or plate. There was a nail sticking out of the ground as a door stop which was extremely dangerous. Trying to talk to reception was impossible, even trying to reach them via the phone was impossible. The room price for one night was outrageous for the run down, out dates accommodation. I was so extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go elsewhere. The entertainment that was advertised never happened. The location was beautiful but this property was the dumps. Really ruined the last days of the school holidays for my family.

The hotel was a great option for the price tag. It has had a few touch up/budget repairs here and there which didn't bother us. we chose this last minute (night before our stay) as we were extending our trip to gold coast by one night if was more feasible to stay here than pay an extra $600 for another night at seaworld resort. Overall not a bad experience. Recommend if you’re on a budget. Also nice and close to harbour town and the theme parks!

Our room was on ground level, although a little dirty to walk to around the external passages, but overall, room was great, with a balcony & view of the marina. We only stayed there as it was convenient to access the Outback Spectacular that night. Breakfast at Hotel over priced. Buffet only, No choice in menu. Not suited to me to pay so much for a bowl of cereal. I felt i had to at least have yoghurt with it & cold eggs & bacon for it to come even close to being worth it. Unless you eat alot for breakfast, byo or eat somewhere else where theres a choice. Room was well presented. Shower & bathroom excellent, even had a bath. All very comfortable.

Luxury hotel that needs a bit of maintence
The best value for money hotel on the gold coast. We stayed here last month and the tv had netflix, but this time not. The dunny seat seemed broken. There were a few mozzies inside and the room had a funny smell. Basically it is a 5 star resort that has not had maintenance over the last few years. Luxurious hotel and for that price will stay again, if the same price.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views but my room could do with a mini makeover. Mould in shower and drainage problem in shower. Flyscreen door to balcony should be lockable so we can sleep with the glass door open and let in fresh air. Carpet in room smells like urine. Other than that, dinner in the dining area was amazing. Had chicken schnitzel, chips and salad.
