Dirty cutlery Dirty toilet lid On arrival just given room number and card No explanation how to get to it so we had to find it ourselves. Didnt want to sleep in a room that didnt look like anything had een done except make the bed. Didnt wanna sleep in it as to how unclean wverything else was

We booked just one night here very last minute. The price was the best we found to suit our needs. The hotel is conveniently located near shops with everything you need. There is also a restaurant within the hotel, which we didn’t try. The room was fairly clean and comfortable and suited us as a family of four overnight (2 x queen beds). The view of the marina from the room was lovely. Overall however, the hotel appeared unkempt and structurally problematic. There were some renovations occurring at the pool, with the pool area looking a bit worse for wear. The lobby was unattended at times and there was a strong smell of mould throughout this section of the hotel. There was visible water damage and mould on a number of the ducted air conditioning vents. With some care and repairs, this could be a lovely place to stay.

No information given at reception. Had to ask directions to room and to parking. Walk from the lift to the room was a maze and long. Room was grubby. Basic things missing, like bath plug. Things advertised that were missing. Someone knocked on the door at 8:30pm talking about wifi. I have very young kids, we were asleep. Pool and facilities were shabby and lots of broken things. Restaurant food was poor, slow and overpriced. Only good thing was the man behind the bar and the wood fired pizza.

Tried to cancel booking before we got there. Not welcoming. Changed room to level 2 stating lift access for Walker- no mention of 4 stairs! No thanks for you inconsideration! Buffet was appallingly short of food other than Moreton Bay bugs and King prawns! If you like them and them only! You enjoyed your meal! Room excellent in an attempt to lull you to sleep among the noise crest by those wasting time and screaming go outside

We rang ahead of paid reservation saying we will be arriving at 1030pm we were promised to be given a key once we arrive and to ring the number provided. After 50 phone calls we were told by a cleaner that no one is coming and they couldn’t help us and locked the reception and my husband and 11 yr old daughter were left on John Lund drive without a place to stay ! Horrible experience. No apologies. They eventually got a taxi to another hotel . Other guests were checking out early because lock on their door didn’t work and it was noisy and no security. Would not recommend.

The area was peaceful and relaxing overlooking the Marina. The bed was very comfortable however there were no plugs in the bathroom to either use the bath or sink, the kitchenette tap was loose, the shower handle was hard to move and the water constantly changes from cold to very hot. Overall was clean and roomy but small maintenance and upkeep is needed

The shower had all mold on the inside of shower witch does come off as I half cleaned it so assuming showers weren’t cleaned between guest and also last quest used body wash bottle ect in shower
