Booked and paid for one night in a three bedroom apartment, drove from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, my oversight but there is no front desk reception, so had to call someone who would then drop off keys for access, however at “check in” is when I was advised there was no apartment available for me!! I still don’t know how this can happen, if there’s nil availability I should not have been able to book and pay for the night, we couldn’t find appropriate accommodation at such notice so had to drive home that same afternoon . Waste of my time, fuel and not a happy young family.
