Guests are greeted by a light-filled kitchen, dining and lounge area that has all you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a six-seater table setting. Comfy sofas invite guests to kick back with a movie on the TV, while ceiling fans and split system air-conditioning throughout will keep everyone comfortable year-round. From the lounge area, sliding glass doors open out to a large undercover deck overlooking the pool, where plenty of outdoor loungers ensure guests have ample space to unwind and socialise. The grassy backyard is a perfect spot to play and relax in the sun, and guests can also make use of the veggie and herb garden for home-cooked meals.

Three light and airy bedrooms accommodate six guests, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed while the second and third bedrooms both include a queen-size bed. The master also includes an ensuite while the main bathroom features a bathtub where guests can end the day with a relaxing soak.

Added conveniences include parking for two cars on the premises, and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

The golden sands of Broadbeach and its many cafes, restaurants and shopping are within a 10-minute drive, as is Pacific Fair Shopping Centre where you'll find a wide variety of eateries, specialty stores, and all the essentials such as banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.

A 10-minute drive will take you to Home of the Arts (HOTA), the Gold Coast's cultural precinct, where live music, cinema and a range of events are hosted throughout the year. Other local attractions include the Sky Point Climb and theme parks Dreamworld, Warner Bros. Movie World, and Sea World.
