The hotel was wonderful—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. However, there was a security guard at the pool who was consistently rude to the children. He would tell them to be quiet whenever they made noise, which felt inappropriate given that they were simply enjoying their holidays. It seemed he could benefit from better training on how to interact with families and manage children in a more understanding and respectful way. I even saw several families leave the pool area to go to the beach instead, as they felt uncomfortable with his behaviour.

Amazing stay, the hotel itself is total perfection. If I could add one slightly negative comment, the pool lounger covers need refreshing ….. some are very heavily stained and do not reflect the ultra high hotel standards

Beautiful hotel - great location. Have give a 4 star as the pool area was an unpleasant experience, with lots of kids running around, it felt like daycare! There were also a lot of people not staying at the hotel who were accessing the pool area, making it extra overcrowded. The hotel needs to manage this more closely, as it really affected our experience.
