You’ll have the entire home to yourselves! Nestled on a quiet street in the
Palm Beach in the ultimate location. The choice is yours, relax, go to the beach at your'e doorstep , paddling our kayaks or dipping in the infinity pool.

Walking distance to surf beach and local coffee shops in reach as well as the Surf club. Coles BWS restaurants and all amenities a short 5min drive.

The location is the perfect summer spot to enjoy all the natural surroundings. Burleigh heads is just over the hill for extra dinning or surfing and in the opposite direction a 5min drive to Currumbin Alley and Currumbin Sanctuary.

Palm Beach is known for a real family - friendly spot ideal for swimming and water sports or dive into the sparkling waters of Tallebudgera Creek.

If you would like to try stand up paddle boarding you can grab a board from "Action Outdoor Hire" they also have bikes and scooters.

Framed by the Burleigh Heads National Park on one side and the Palm Beach on the other a visit here is a must- do. If you walk across the bridge it takes you to the beautiful Burleigh Heads National Park you can even make a stop on the way at "The Custard" for breakfast or a coffee if taking the beach track to the beach for an early morning walk.

In the parkland oppositie there is a playground for children and a larger Pirate Park at the Northern end of Palm Beach surrounded by more swimming areas.

There is a Farmers market every Saturday morning from 6am to 11:30am to get your local produce .
