"With a long 4-day weekend on the calendar, we looked for a place we hadn't been to that wasn't too far. This was it! Elk Bend is a small community between Challis and Salmon. The town doesn't have a lot of ammenities, so come prepared with what you need or plan a commute to the Saveway in Salmon. ..."
