The property is beautiful. The view of Montego bay from the veranda, masterbedroom and pool were breathtaking. Mel is a full service host. We came as guests and left as friends. He made sure we knew all the nuances of the area. Also he would ask us where and what we wanted to do and made many a suggestion. He's more than half the price of a taxi and three times the comedian. He is easy to contact of you need him and responds even quicker. We will not stay anywhere else. The value you recieve for your money is exceptional. EVERYTHING about this property was GREAT! The property was exactly as described. The pictures were not outdated and the description can't begin to describe the view or breeze from the verandah overlooking the ocean. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and compassionate. Following an unfortunate experience in MoBay, we were blessed with a home-cooked Caribbean meal that we will never forget! I will definitely book this property again!

This hotel is the perfect place to have a small destination wedding.It is very affordable and right on the ocean. You can walk out on the long deck and watch a school of fish swim by. I stayed in the large room on the second floor, which had a grand view of the ocean. The owner, Mr. Robinson, was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I mentioned that I wanted to eat some fruits that are not available in the US. Mr. Robinson served some of those fruits in my complementary breakfast every morning. The property is clean and it is relaxing. You can sit outside the room on the tiled veranda, listen to the ocean waves, take in the breathtaking views, and watch the cruise ships come in from afar. I didn’t have a car, but that wasn’t a problem. Mr. Robinson called one of his licensed tour guide friends (Robert) and asked him to escort me around the island. Robert’s fees were reasonable and I felt safe with him as a single woman. Robert was extremely informative about the area, and a patient driver. He took me to get a limestone massage, Rick’s Café, & Margaritaville. I had such a wonderful time in Jamaica. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone.

Lovely and clean and I was well looked after

Wonderful stay and the farm to table culinary dinner was a special experience. The owners treat you like family and you get a real feel for the Jamaican culture. We hope to return in the future.

Oh what I would do to go back to day 1 of our trip to Springville. We just spent a long weekend at the villa and and cannont stop talking about how amazing everything was. The house and property itself is gorgeous - the oceaniew is literally mouthdropping. But the most special part of Springville is its staff. Ginger, Vincent, Jackie and everyone else on the property were the warmest, most welcome people and totally made our trip. Alwayne and Delano (our drivers) were also the best. I cannot say enough about our time at Springville. Joseph organized an incredible catarman day for us, as well as massages. The Round Hill hotel is nearby and we spend an amazing happy hour there one evening. I cannot wait to return to Jamaica and to Springville! And I have my friends & family all wanting to go now too! Thank you!!!
