A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home perched high above Toowoomba with breathtaking panoramic views of rich native forests, valleys, and the city beyond. All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

By public transport

Bus to Highfields, train to Toowoomba, we can organise collection from either place. Taxis are limited. 20-minute drive to Highfields, 30-minute drive to Toowoomba station.

- Pet cleaning fees applied for an additional $20 per pet per stay, Please pay directly to land host onsite
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Guests are invited to feed our animals with prior notice from the host
- We have resident cows and horses, Shetland ponies, goats, and chickens
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
