Accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong city because Hotel.com advertised it in the middle of all the other hotels in the area i was looking. The hotel refunded the room, but hotel.com wont give me a refund

My stay was great but the only thing I have to complain is no one came to my room to clean and give me clean towels. I stayed 3 nights I figured when I got back to my room I would have clean towels and trash taken out

Rating for anyone else like me who considers them. The property looked nothing like the photos. Our room (218) had a horrible smell of old cigarette smoke, the beds were very old and hard as a rock. Our room was very out dated. The pool/hot tub area was the same. The young man who checked us in was very nice and the coffee shop in the same parking lot was a huge perk! My vote is this wasn’t worth what I paid a night. Would have been happy with $85 nightly rental. Not $155

Hot tub did not function properly. Pool water very murky. The "Bar" is not operational. Noticed a lot of minor maintenance items that need to be addressed. (Ripped hallway carpet, stairway door insulation half falling off, etc.) However it was reasonably priced.
