My family and I stayed here for two nights. Staff left clean towels and the place was clean. We had an efficiency, and they had everything from utensils to pots, super convenient. And the outside was neat and the pool area was clean, with crystal clear water. Walmart, dunkin, a few gas stations and Gorham House of Pizza were close by. And Santa’s Village was about 20min away, North Conway was about 35-40min away, but other than that, it was quiet but with some beautiful views of the mountains. Would stay there again.

Older but very clean and owners are great!
We love this place. When we first stayed there years ago we had no other options...but now we stay there and it is our FIRST choice. The owners are great. It is very reasonable and they allow my two large dogs. It is an older place but they keep it very clean. They give me ice every morning at the office and they are very informative if you want to know about places to go in the area. We highly recommend this place.

It was perfect for our need. Staff was amazing, room was enough for our sleeping and refresh needs. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was amazing and the water temps ranged from arctic dip to lava pool to cover everyone’s needs. Half way between Santa’s village and storyland makes it a great spot! Parking is ample but tight as some guests had large trucks or bike racks. We had no problem with our car getting dinged or stuck though. Kids and I enjoyed the outdoor pool in the evening. Plenty of towels, fans, and lights! Would recommend for the economic traveler! We will be returning!!

When I rent a hotel room, its not to hang out in for my stay. So this place was perfect as I dont require much. Pool, tv, small fridge, perfect. Helps keep prices lower than those nearby by $40-$50 and some places more. Family owned and operated and on site.

Basic room with a smaller than average bed, double sized not a queen. No AC but there was a fan and two windows to open. Good location friendly staff and good for the price. This motel is older and could use updating. The road is a bit loud in the rooms but probably wouldn’t be bad if you had ac running to make noise. Thin walls and could easily hear people in the rooms next door talking. Nice pool. We will likely be back sometime

The bed was infested with bedbugs. I was in the bed for 5 minutes when I noticed something crawling on the sheets. As I was looking to see what it was I saw more and more. Then I reported it to the owner and she blamed me for bringing the bedbugs! Talk about unsanitary conditions and then the owner blames me for her lack of cleanliness. There is sooo much more to this story. I’ll be leaving a much more detailed review on google.
