Honestly I was shocked that this was even a BW Plus. Because it definitely didn’t feel like it. First off, the rooms were so dirty, there was dead crickets/bugs in a few places, there was a dirty sock in the closet, when I removed the mattress to check for bed bug signs ( one of our sub-contractors stayed at this location a few weeks ago and woke up completely covered in bed bug bites), there was used Kleenex and just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I had already booked the room when I remembered about the bed bug incident, so let’s just say I couldn’t sleep well cuz I kept thinking there was some, and the uncleaness of the room didn’t make that better. Very disappointed, especially for a BW Plus. The staff was very nice so that was the only

I was very impressed on how clean and the King bed was very comfortable. Booked one night then decided to stay another night. The 2nd night the toilet would flush but not fill up with water the float was out. Informed the desk clerk when we checked out but other than that everything was Great will certainly stay again at this property.

Cockroaches, water drain issues
The water was not draining in the bathtub. Taking shower was tough. I accidentally stepped on cockroach in the bathroom, that is when I realized the condition of the hotel. I reported both the issues. The lady in the front was nice and took a note to see how they can be addressed. But, when I came back in the night, the guy in the front desk did not have proper customer service attitude. He was like: yeah, we sprayed for the bugs; I do not know anything about the bath tub drain. He did not even apologize or offer to look in to it. The lady in the morning asked me if I would be okay to move to a different/better room on a different floor and I said I was okay. When I asked the guy in the evening about it, he did not even look in to it and said he sees that I am in the same room for that night and to checkout in the morning. Sooo rude. Choice of breakfast wasn't so good either for someone that is a pure vegetarian. I also saw another customer complain about water not draining in the bathroom sink. The price they charge is too much for the quality of the property, it looked like a $50/night type of hotel.

We had plumbing issues with commode which was addressed with front desk. Was a little uncomfortable with the side door being access without using your key to enter building. Bed was very soft and there were no rails in tub for security or a rubber mat available. Tub very slippery.

Over all nice, right in town. Elevator was broken, kind of annoying but it was clean and nice. The customer service of the front desk was TOP NOTCH. day and night shift that monday eveing/night.
