Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Hotel bom, mas precisa melhorar a recepção.

O hotel é maravilhoso, o quarto é muito confortável , o café da manhã é incrível, mas o pessoal que cuida dos carros deixaram a desejar. Muita enrolação, um dia, trocaram o nosso carro de outra pessoa, demoraram 1 hora para trazer nosso carro.Não se justificaram e nem pediram desculpas, ainda colocaram culpa em mim e meu esposo. Muito mal organizado.

Achei o hotel super lotado, barulhento e sem organização, ressalva para as camareiras que eram umas queridas. Mas por exemplo, chegamos no hotel e mais umas 30 famílias, e não é permitido checkin nenhum minuto antes das 14:00, resultado: uma fila gigante para o checkin. Piscina em manutenção em plenas 11:00 da manhã. Café da manhã sempre as mesmas opções. Enfim, não voltaria.

Pior hospedagem que já fui em Gramado

Bom dia Primeiro não gostei do quarto móveis antigos e banheiro do quarto era adaptado na hora que solicitei a reserva quarto com duas camas além dos quartos serem logem de tudo estávamos com bebê era ruim de chegar qualquer lugar devido a distância não reclamei devido estava para sair no outro dia na saída nunca tinha visto hotel cobrando taxa de serviço e várias taxas que nunca tinha visto pior experiência que já tive em Gramado nunca mais coloco meus pés lá vou a Gramado sempre mas esse hotel não pega mais e fica aviso para pessoas tudo longe para chegar no café piscina e recepção.
