Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Nesta segunda estadia foi decepcionante, pois o quarto que nos colocaram eram para clientes PCDs, sem a necessidade para nós. Mesmo informando que poderia ser um quarto normal, nao nos deixaram trocar. Ao usar o quarto, o mesmo estava com o telefone e a televisão sem funcionar, a trava de segurança da porta estava quebrada e o chuveiro rachado, de maneira que vazava água por fora e tornava o banho bem incômodo. Ao pedir para arrumar a tv e telefone, eles preferiram nos trocar de quarto. Novamente para um quarto para PCDs e desta vez o box não era completamente vedado e o quarto alagou durante o banho. Ao chamar o pessoal para secar, elas relataram que é comum isto acontecer. Outra situação é que ficamos na torre D, ou seja, para usarmos as piscinas é preciso atravessar o estacionamento ou a área externa (isto só nao acontece com as torres A e B), o que é totalmente incômodo visto que saimos molhados da piscina, pois pegamos todo o frio no corpo. Não retorno a este hotel, pois não há como escolher qual torre ficar.

Ótimo hotel!
Já é minha segunda vez nesse hotel, e é meu hotel preferido em Gramado! Porém, nessa segunda passagem 2 pontos negativos. A piscina apresentou defeito e não estava esquentando , ate aí tudo bem! Disseram que já estavam providenciando o conserto, mas no outro dia ainda não estava consertado. Mas o ponto que mais incomodou foi ter que ir buscar o roupão em lugar distante da piscina! Tipo, bem distante! E a questão do estacionamento também incomodou um pouco, quando fiz reserva não informava que o estacionamento era pago a parte, $38!reais a diária, achei bem chato isso! No mais, tudo maravilhoso! Café da manhã ESPETACULAR! Volto em breve !!!
