Amazing, large comfortable suites. Modern ans sophisticated. Excellent service. Always helpful to ensure everything is top. Great location between canela and gramado. Close to most attractions. Amazing breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Pool is best part. Cold outside but hot inside. Will stay again

Cafe da manhã com produtos velhos nos dois primeiros dias de hospedagem, foi uma decepção isso, estrutura super nova piscina ótima e atendimento muito bom! Tirando a garagem que é cobrada a parte $40 e pedimos janta no restaurante também que estava bem ruim.

Hotel é bem localizado, staff super simpático e receptivo. O quarto é muito bom, com uma sala e quarto separado. Área de lazer muito boa também. Café da manhã bom, poderia ter mais variedades. No bar da piscina tem poucas opções de cerveja e o chopp não é bom.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, a Daniela e sua equipe dos veículos (garagem), são muito gentis. bacanas, as bicicletas do hotel muito boas, tudo limpo, excelente localização, atendimento impecável. Limpeza top, tudo limpo e incrivelmente organizado. O ruim é que não tem jacuzzi para todos (tem que agendar apenas meia hora), e a piscina sempre lotada. Academia muito boa, sauna também.

Fiquei três dias no hotel. Apesar de o estacionamento ser próprio, é pago. A maioria das vezes em que pedi o carro para sair, demorou em torno de 20 a 30 minutos para trazê-lo. Outro ponto de incômodo é que há promotores de venda de cotas imobiliárias andando pelo hotel; fui abordado mais de cinco vezes em três dias.

O hotel é muito bom. Estava cheio, por ser alta temporada, entao algumas ambientes (como a piscina e o cafe da manha) estavam lotados, o que comprometeu um pouco a experiência. Mas de modo geral é uma excelente opcao. Pretendemos retornar na baixa temporada.
