Estivemos por 4 noites no Fioreze centro e tivemos a grata surpresa de nos deparar com um hotel sensacional. Estrutura ótima, quarto limpo, café da manhã delicioso com diversas opções inclusive sem gluten e lactose, bem localizado, com duas opções de acesso e também com comodidades ao longo do dia. Como estava frio um chocolate quente gostoso cai sempre bem ou um cafezinho com sequilhos e agua a disposição na recepção. E o que mais chamou atenção o sorriso e a cordialidade de cada colaborador seja Manobrista, recepcionista, atendentes, garçons etc. Isso faz toda diferença. O treinamento da equipe é impecável. Cumpriu tudo que prometeu e nos supreendeu. Ah sem contar o coquetel final de tarde com musica ao vivo comudinhas típicas e muita alegria! Voltarei com certeza!

Foi uma hospedagem super tranquila, o hotel é muito bem localizado, tranquilo , limpo, um café da manhã muito bom em um ambiente super adequado… Com funcionários extremamente atenciosos e solicitos desde o check in . Tivemos uma excelente estadia no Hotel Fioreze. O principal ponto que nos chamou a atenção foi a cordialidade no atendimento de absolutamente todos os funcionários do hotel. Estadia de 2 dias em Gramado, foi tudo perfeito, o atendimento é feito com muita excelência, café da manhã maravilhoso e diversificado. Instalações limpas e cama confortável. O quarto não tinha tanto espaço, para mais diárias indico pegar uma categoria acima que será mais confortável em termos de espaço. Equipe extremamente profissional e prontos a lhe atender. Experiência incrível!

Dentre todos os hotéis que fiquei até hoje, este é o melhor em atendimento. Como já conhecia Gramado, preferi este hotel pela localização central (Av. Borges de Medeiros) e utilizar o transporte somente para regiões mais distantes. Tive a grata surpresa com os serviços prestados e educação por todos, desde disponibilizar água saborizada, café e chocolate quente na recepção, até o empréstimo de guarda chuvas para hospédes (já que a cidade tem cerca de 1/3 dos dias chuvosos). Café da manhã de muita qualidade e com cardápios diferentes ao longo da semana. Voltaria com certeza!
