Comfortable hotel to enjoy the gaucho mountains, in an old hotel with large rooms with a balcony. a good breakfast with plenty of variety of typical foods from the region. Attentive staff in all areas of the hotel. Negative point was that the Thermal Pool was closed due to technical problems with no reopening forecast.

Apesar de ser um hotel mais antigo, é muito aconchegante. Possui calefação. O café é muito bom. O único problema foi a piscina interna. Estava fria/gelada. Quase não dava pra tomar banho.

Um verdadeiro Palácio.
Equipe do hotel super atenciosa e muito cordial. O hotel é gigantesco, possui uma trilha no meio da mata, muito bonita. Piscina aquecida coberta e climatizada. Quadra poliesportiva, jalão de jogos bem equipado com mesa de tênis de mesa, sinuca e fliperama($). Um verdadeiro Palácio.

Por o hotel ser mais antigo, se ouve tudo o que acontece nos corredores!! A cama estava confortável, porém o colchão deu uma afundada no meio da noite e ficou desconfortável! O Box estava vazando! O hotel é lindo, jardim exuberante! Muito limpo e organizado! Só a decoração da área do café da manhã é exagerada e escureceu o ambiente.
