Hotel is located right in the center of town near everything. The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I did not like were the annoying sales agent wanting to pitch for Hotel Club every morning as you walk out of breakfast.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We love Brasil! We love Gramado and we loved our accommodations. This hotel was within walking distance to everything! While I try to speak very broken Portuguese, it was a relief that some people at the hotel spoke English.

Excellent service from the time of our arrival. There was complimentary valet (for our rental) and our bags were taken up to our room. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful as is all of Gramado. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pretty good and was included in our reservation, open until 10:30 which was great cause we got to sleep in. The outdoor deck connected to the dining room is beautiful--sidenote, we got really awesome weather and no rain. This was really the better option for us because it was in the center of town and we could walk/bike evrywhere. There is another LaGhetto hotel a little further removed. If I am ever back in Gramado, would of course stay here again!

Amazing!
It was an amazing stay. Staff is incredible. My son turned 6 years while we were at the hotel and the staff gave him a special gift and a lot of attention. It is a really nice hotel with a great staff. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the main restaurants.

Insistência na venda de cotas de empreendimentos.
O hotel é muito bem localizado próximo a Rua Coberta. Como ponto positivo destaco o conforto da cama. No banheiro do quarto a tampa do registro do chuveiro estava solta e ao invés de tapete havia uma toalha de banho no chão. Frigobar com pouca variedade. Atendimento muito cordial por parte da equipe da recepção. Café da manhã não muito diferente de vários hotéis. Poderia ser mais diversificado. Esperar na fila para tomar café ( sendo que uma área de refeição ao lado do café estava fechada e com várias meses). O pior de todos foi a funcionária terceirizada no corredor da entrada para o café insistindo o tempo todo para oferecer cotas de empreendimento com a garantia de um jantar ou passeio em um parque temático. Isso deveria ser proibido, pois tentam te induzir o tempo todo em algo que você não quer. Desnecessário e afasta clientes.
