De razoável pra boa.
Não gostei do quarto! Por ser no térreo e fundos, tinha muito baralho e além disso, o uso do banheiro do andar de cima causava muito baralho(água), parecendo uma cachoeira.

Localização perfeita
O hotel vale muito a pena. Sua localização é perfeita, no Centro de Gramado próximo a tudo que interessa, podendo deixar o carro na garagem. Além disso, um farto e diversificado café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos, instalações bem cuidadas e uma área de lazer, que apesar de pequena, permitiu usar a academia e uma confortavel jacuzzi. Excelente custo benefício, me hospedarei nele em uma nova visita a Gramado
