Nice hotel near downtown Gramado
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but close to restaurants.

Convenient and clean hotel
Laghetto has several hotels in Gramado and surroundings. This is one of them. It is well located near good restaurants and about 15 to 20 min walk to downtown. One odd feature of this hotel are the rooms that are located at the basement level. However, this does not mean that rooms there are not comfortable. I stayed in one and had windows, and it was very good. The town has an ordinance that limits buildings to have 3 floors so going down is the only way. The hotel staff is very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and very good.

Quarto pequeno, fomos em família a cama de dormindo era muito ruim, as crianças ficaram em 2 de solteiro e eu e minha esposa dormimos no sofá-cama muito desconfortável. Muita claridade no quarto para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde.

Foi muito boa. No geral, o hotel é muito bom. Boa localização. Atendentes muito simpáticos. Os únicos pontos negativos são: - só tem um elevador para o hotel inteiro (sempre tá cheio ou demora pra chegar); - café da manhã é fraquíssimo e tem as mesmas coisas todos os dias.
