There was a patch of mold on the floor by the doorway in the bathroom. There was no typical hand soap, only shower gel. When I asked about this, the attendant shrugged and told me to use the shower gel. There was also the typical instant coffee and kettle, but the only coffee stocked was decaf. The bed was fairly uncomfortable but not back-pain-in-the-morning bad. Aside from those issues, it was fine. The place was otherwise clean, the location was alright, the breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous. Only a ~15 minute taxi ride from the bus station. Shower was nice and hot. Would stay, but would not pay a lot to do so.

The hotel is very well situated with a bus stop right in front of hotel. Hotel is clean and the towels are very nice, thick. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and tasted good. Front desk staff very friendly, especially Vicente. He was very friendly and courteous. Parking is around the corner and very secure. 22 Euro is normal.

A nice hotel, within reasonable walking distance (though with a bit of a climb) to the "Albaicin" area. If you're driving a car, then the hotel's underground on-site parking is a must (though it's a bit cramped). As is usual for Spain, there's no real coffee in the room. ('Instant coffee' is not coffee!)

Great experience all the way round! The entire staff at the Hotel Turia was stupendous.The only issue I had (a non functioning A/C) was resolved immediately and without stress. I highly recommend.this place for short or long stays. Also, the breakfast was out of this world!

this property is within walking distance of most areas unless you do not like to climb stairs and hills -we walked everywhere. We had a lovely suite with sleeping and sitting areas. Staff were very helpful. the restaurant menu was limited - we ate at other great places.

Nice hotel with helpful staff

We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel and visiting beautiful Granada. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station. The staff was so nice and so helpful. The breakfast room was light and airy and the food was yummy. The bus stops right in front of the hotel so it saves a few blocks of walking into the heart of the city. My only complaint was the hard bed. The rooms are simple but the staff, amenities, and location make this a memorable choice.
