Fantastic hotel that is well-maintained, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, and we had a lovely view of the cathedral. The only minor issue was the breakfast area being crowded and not very well-stocked, but that is a small complaint in an otherwise perfect stay.

Central location. Friendly and professional staff. But don’t expect anything other than exactly what you booked. Also, the hotel has weird hours for room cleaning 11-3pm. We came back from our morning outing after lunch and room hadn’t been cleaned. We didn’t want to leave the room for an hour or so, and therefore the room was not cleaned. Never had this happened in the past.

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aurea Catedral Hotel. This is a beautifully designed hotel with contemporary styling in a historic building. Everything looked new. We were in a Junior Suite that featured a separate sitting room. Very comfortable accommodations! We loved the quality of the bedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent hotel. Staff thoroughly addressed our questions. Restaurant ( breakfast) staff made sure everyone was greeted and refilled buffet breakfast trays before they emptied. The location is excellent for good food and sights ( we weren't there to shop). Despite bring in the center our 2nd floor corner room was quiet and boast 3 small balconies with views of the shops below. The hotel is modern and elegant in its decor. I highly recommend this hotel.
