Old property by appearance misleading, room was pleasant. Odd thing in my room was that looked like Fred Astaire or Lionel Richie had stayed there, as was footprints upon the ceiling.
The first Mitel 6 I’ve stayed in that offered a nice dog area. Plans are to add an outdoor sitting area for guests as well. The manager was extremely accommodating, including giving us a space to park our camper for a couple of days. This allowed us to explore more of the area. We will definitely stay there again.
Girl at check-in was rude. Got in later, lobby locked. Called the number and she said she'd be there in a minute. 20 minutes later, standing in the cold. Was not polite at all
We loved this hotel.
The room was very comfortable.
It's near restaurants.

Good size clean room with good size, clean shower. Bathroom looked newly fitted. Parking was ok. Internet was terrible most of the time unfortunately. Staff seemed distant on the occasions we tried to interact and at check in. Great location fir town and the Grand Canyon Railway

Williams is great for small town feel however they could do with improving dining on offer for evening meal. Shops lovely and people very friendly. For a cheapish motel the room was comfortable and clean.
I stay at a lot of Motel 6 is because I have a dog. Normally I can't stand them, but this one in Williams was completely redone and the bathroom and dressing area where so nice and new. The place was really clean. It just had a very different feel to it, and I stayed here twice over the course of about a month. It's not at the Grand canyon, but it's a really nice drive from Williams up to the canyon and it's only about 40 minutes. Well worth the nice drive to save some money as well. Plus, the town has some corny fun old west stuff going on once in awhile. I enjoyed myself
Room appeared really nice at first, newly renovated, king bed, clean. The pillows were a joke, and only two were supplied. The next morning, I went to use the shower and it desperately needed the assistance of a plumber. It sprayed water everywhere and the base wouldn't drain at all.
