I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the experience unpleasant. I expected better communication and a more welcoming attitude. I hope this can be addressed to improve future interactions.

Good Stay for a Trip to Canyon
Convenience, comfortable and friendly. The hotel is next to the park. The room has good insulation. We stayed around end of December, did not turn on heat but still feel comfortable through the night. Turn on the heat would make the air too dry and not comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast is buffet and varieties of foods.

A place to sleep - thats about it.
It was okay at best. No housekeeping and the breakfast area was too busy every single day. It’s a sub par place - don’t expect much - use it for what it is, a place to go visit the national park. One day, we came back and we didn’t get fresh towels for 2 hours coz they were so behind their “housekeeping”.

The room itself did its job. However, our room's shower must have been improperly installed. The knob started off with hot, then cold. Water would only be very hot, lukewarm, then very cold. If we wanted wanted warm (lukewarm in our case), then the water pressure was low. The knob would turn itself and make a loud noise if I tried to get right between cold and hot. Same thing happened to my partner. I didn't have an issue with the sink so perhaps that should have been used instead. Really should not have been such a hassle to get a warm shower. Do better, Holiday Inn. Employees were amazing. They all deserve a raise. Very hardworking and attentive individuals.

This hotel was very convenient for a visit to the Grand Canyon. Yes, it's a bit dated, but still nice and clean. The attention from the dining room staff was what made our stay. Shout out to Imelda (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) and Alberto in the dining room. They were sweethearts and made sure everyone got their pancakes for breakfast!
