My wife went down to the lobby around 4am to get some work done (did not want to wake the kids) and the night attendant (refused to give his name) refused to let her sit in the lobby under the excuse that he was “mopping”. He was definitely not mopping and was likely asleep in the room next to the front desk. My wife would have been happy to sit on one end of the lobby while he “mopped” the other end but when she posed this option, he told her to either “go to your room” or go to our “sister hotel” and that she could “walk there” at 4am in the dark. When my wife asked him for his name, he initially just stared blanky at the screen and then told her that he could have her “removed for trespassing or kick us out of room for being difficult”. Needless to say we checked out 2 nights early and found another place to stay at and when I asked the young lady for the night attendants name she also refused to provide me with name and subsequently refused to give me her name as well. We called, texted and emailed the “manager on duty” Mrs. Munoz with ZERO response.

Nice older property well refreshed. Nice comfortable rooms with dog friendly amenities. Accessible while being set back from the freeway. Parking was a bit of a squeeze, recommend you arrive early for a spot.

I've stayed at many Super 8's This one was old and not renovated. The bed very uncomfortable and the bathroom was bare bones. No vanity and they put us in a handicap room, which was not requesed. Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel.

The facilities are old but for the low price I expected them to be. I was worried as Super 8 is known for a cheaper hotel so I worried about it not being clean but to our surprise, it was really clean. You can definitely hear everything so if you are a light sleeper - that might be a problem for you. Do not expect any bells and whistles but for a place to lay your head and it not cost an arm and a leg, it worked.

Awesome experience
We had a nice time at the super 8 in flagstaff. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful, when we asked about the area.
