I liked the amenities and appreciated that most everything was easily accessible in one building as it was very cold during my visit and I did not want to go outside after it was below freezing.

They give you 20 dollars for a concession at a meal above 50 dollars. The waitress at breakfast gave me two separate bills, one with the discount and one without. The finally billed the one without discount. Why offer discounts with false advertising when you're not going to apply them. Beware of this.

My husband and I were staying one night at the hotel. I tried checking in twice, and on the third time they "upgraded" us to a larger room. The moment we walked into the room a stench was noticed. We didn't realize until preparing to go to bed, that the carpet in the bedroom was soaked by the bathroom and closet. I called the front desk who sent maintenance. When I called to ask for a room change, we would have to pack up and walk outside and they only had a queen room available. (20 degrees outside) Of course, that was not an option, and so I requested a spray disinfectant. Never did they try to compensate us for this issue either. Needless to say, I can't recommend this hotel due to our experience.
