Perfect downtown location
This place is right downtown, a block from the main shopping street and the boardwalk down to the beach and the lighthouse. It is easy enough to drive out to 31 if you want to roam. This is a modernized building with an open dining, kitchen, and living room space, and a big bath with a soaking tub as well as a shower. All was clean and bright. The huge windows face a street and another building, but get lots of light, the balcony is large and you can see the channel from it. We went off season, so it was very quiet. This is our second stay which tells you we like it.

Comfortable, great location!
This is a lovely condo close to everything fun in Grand Haven. We were very comfortable and cozy. The condo is laid out well and had everything we needed. Our only concern was the noise. We heard neighbors a time or two, but were woken up in the night by snow plows, trash trucks, and delivery vehicles servicing the downtown area in the wee hours. That was the only downside. Would stay here again for the comfort and convenience.

Anniversary Getaway
Great place for a getaway. Property was clean, safe, and in a terrific location. We were able to walk basically everywhere, but anywhere we needed to drive to was easily accessible as well. The attached outdoor patio/balcony was amazing! Great view and a wonderful place to relax with a cup of coffee. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen, but if you plan to cook, bring EVERYTHING you need as this apartment only has the bare essentials. The jetted tub was nice, but the hot water heater couldn't keep up for a full tub of HOT water. Tip, fill to just above the jets for the water to be high enough to circulate and still hot. You can fill it higher, but the water will only be warm.

The condo was perfect. The location was amazing and we could walk to everything. We started our mornings at the Great Harvest Bread Company, you have to try their cinnamon rolls. The beds were so comfortable and it is decorated so cute. We will be back!

Everything was great!. We loved the location and proximity to the water plus the loft feel, large windows, exposed brick, deck and privacy. Check in was a little convoluted but manageable. My only criticism would be the early check out time of 10 am. It was a challenge and an extra hour or more would have been appreciated and we would not feel rushed. Overall, highly recommended!
