Walk to your favorite speakeasy, restaurant, coffee shop, or just enjoy sitting under the stars on your outside rooftop terrace. This unit is equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, laundry in-unit, and supplies to accommodate a short or long term stay.

Beautiful apartment above downtown Grand Island!
We had a lovely long Thanksgiving weekend in Gabe and Cathryn‘s place above downtown Grand Island. The apartment was clean, warm and inviting! It was quiet and a great location to partake in Downtown shops, restaurants and even the lovely Henry J‘s Speakeasy directly below the apartment. We come to Eastern Nebraska often to visit family. We hope to stay here again and enjoy the rooftop patio. The only hiccup we had was with the door code and thumb print to get in, and a sweet neighbor tried to assist us. It was not a big deal; we got in! This was most likely operator error!
