Captain Black is right on the beach with plenty parking and multiple decks! The views from the inside are a must see. This house features a huge open living dining and kitchen area with 2 Ice boxes for extra storage room and lots of room to spread out. A deck off the kitchen door to watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee, a deck for those wanting to tan and a covered deck facing the road side with a large table to sit outside. Take a look at the photos to see the updated renovations done. This location offers Wi-Fi and TV in Living room area, and two of the bedrooms.  Lift available on request. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.0 Krantz Lane.

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

We had a fabulous time
The property was clean, and the company was incredibly kind, responsible, and easy to reach. Good communication is extremely important when it comes to travel rentals, and they excelled in this. My friend accidentally left her keys behind, and when we contacted the company, they quickly found them and sent it to us within a week. When we noticed that four of the living room lights were out, they responded promptly and had someone come to fix them within two hours. We also loved that the property had so many bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for families traveling together, as each family had their own space. Highly recommend this place!

Best view of the beach
This expansive property was perfect for our stay. Came for a wedding weekend and hosted extended family. Plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms. Kitchen with that long island was so easy to cook and serve. Little porch on the beach was private and had amazing views up and down the beach. We just sat inside and with the wall to wall windows could see down the dunes. The lift was efficient and so useful for loading supplies in and out. Parked our rental golf cart easily under the camp on the concrete. We ate crabs from Carmadelles on the deck at one of the two picknick tables. Just perfect. Highly recommended!
